More nanners, WTF??

Genetics have tendencies and yes no doubt some are going to be hermies when you start from hermie seeds. You can also create them by error. SOME bagseed can be clean where they are feminized by the plant itself. Thats the gold from what I understand.

You can go crazy wondering what happened...you have to buy some fem seeds and try that for a run to know what the issue is for sure. Likely the seeds imo.

it's possible, I have found it to be more just genetics. sometimes the nanners are even sterile and won't even pollinate anything.
So far in these buds I've only found a couple seeds in a couple oz; not even a lot of immature seeds. Interesting. At the same time had another plant that threw dozens of nanners in late flower and there aren't any seeds on her either.

Someone suggested rubbing some nanners on another plant's flowers to produce some feminized seeds. Might try that some time. Might've happened on its own this grow we'll see... :o:D
I have seen feminzed seeds do this when their stressed. It could be bad genetics if it is bag seed.

I'd say these plants were stressed... too hot, and too much nitrogen were both an issue on the grow. I wonder if the two seeds I got are now feminized... or maybe not... Not sure I'm game to try them tho...

I wouldn't they clearly have the genes to flip. Better to grow with quality genetics from the start.

This guy gives some solid advice!

What I don't understand is if you stress your girls and they don't hermie on you, then they're "sexually stable" but then how do you propagate that plant if it's already flowering? Unless you took clones in veg, i guess?

For the hobby grower, feminized seeds is the way to go.
I'm in it for the full experience till I know I can produce a decent plant grown from a seed, no matter what the seed. I'm not gonna spend money, real money, on a seed banks product till I know I can trust that their product is what they say it is. I've seen a lot of bad blood in here with people talking smack about the seed industry so till I know for certain I'll be happy cracking, planting and growing what I have. Growing plants is kind of magical and I plan to keep on planting the beans I have.

If you live in a legal state then I say clones are the way to go if you can find them. Still blows my mind after growing so long illegally that I can go on-line and pick out clones like I am ordering from Amazon. Kids these days, have it so good.

For the effort it takes to run a grow, it doesnt make sense not to invest in good genetics. Stick to breeders like Mass Medical, Archive, Katsu, etc. Who cares about spending a hundred bucks on seeds when it doubles your quality and yield.

I'll take your word for it but I'm pretty happy with the product I grew over the winter from seeds that were from a outdoor orgy from a couple of summers ago.. Life is like a box of chocolates never know what's gonna be inside and I'm okay with it for now. My indoor was maybe 530 watts with 5 plants in 3 gallon pots, I yielded nearly 14 oz plus a crazy problem lady child sativa that is so fluffy it's hard to get a real weight on, I do know she is almost entirely smokeable and fills a five gallon bucket. If covid ever ends she's gonna provide some crazy large Cheech and Chong joints!!
