you think so? i already wait about 3 days between watering and they seemed pretty dry today before i watered...should my water meter thingy be pointing all the way to "dry" before i water? like today i think it was still technically in the "moist" range...

actually i think yours are bigger...mine are really short still...and the nodes are still really close...my light is still at least 7 or 8 inches above the plants...and i dont wanna raise it cuz then they would start to stretch...but im worried that they're not growing in height enough...but they do seem ok in every other way...u dont think they might be root bound do u? or am i doing ok and just worrying needlessly?

I doubt they are old enough to be root bound...have you given them any nutes yet? I gave mine a real weak dose at 2 weeks...like 450 ppm....

what size pots u got them in atm sarah? i thought u were doing same pots from seeds for no transplant
they're just under 3 litres...but the soil doesnt completely fill the pots...im actually wondering if i should add more soil...i have a little bit more...

Maybe it's that soil...Pop em in some fox farms ocean forest and they'll really take off...
i totally would but in all honesty i dont have the extra cash for it right now...is ocean forest organic? cuz the soil i have now is all organic...im trying to keep it as organic as possible...but i decided to go with the tiger bloom because people have had really good results...and while its not wholly organic it is supposed to be organic based...so we'll see...i guess i'll just wait it out...they are growing...just not very quickly...but i can be pretty patient and they look good otherwise...the leaves are looking so wicked! lol

could be...I go by size and not how old they are...when they get several sets of leaves and they look good and healthy...then I start nutes, but real weak.
yea...well i decided to wait it out cuz i didnt wanna muck anything up since i dont have the first hand experience...so i gave them 3 weeks in soil without added nutes...im gonna be doing tiger bloom and molasses...so im hoping that works out well...anyone know if i can put the nutes and molasses together or if i should keep it separate...like...alternate feeding with nutes and molasses every other feeding?

you can mix the two together...I would consider giving them some grow nutes before you start the tiger bloom...that will help them build some size first...

Mix up superthrive(2-6 drops) and fox farms grow big(1/3 capfull) per gallon...
It's a great mix and I use it with Ocean Forest soil, even in the first week...never a burn ever and it really boosts growth...

In later stages I'd do a halfcap of growbig per gallon and a drop of superthrive(not neccesary at all).

gro4me.com uses this mix
they also have a youtube channel, just youtube search 'gro4me'
there are videos on that starter mix and their soil mix and what not, also trimming help and quite a bit of other resource vids

hey sarah
wow cant believe some of you people
i just got a mix of bc seedking ,they will appear in journal today or tomorrow
got some big bud and kush they are just getting thier little helments off
first thing bcseedking only has 1 sativa so chances are yours are all indica

those spotes or discolour you are seeing is nothing more than, well nothing IMO..
you have to stop mothering them so much, you will kill with kindess..
"tips" is right about the fert.. i am playing with a couple of mine and i gave them full strenght at about 6 days old,no burn, nothing, will appear in journal
your plants your call

you said your soil is all organic[isn't all soil??]unless ther is fert in the soil
witch is a bad idea IMO
also i use promix soiless yes all organic,it lets lots of oxengy be in soil
instead of sufficatingthe roots

i notice your soil is not evenly moist ,before you sow you should make sure you evenly moisten your soil.

some of your plants look great but some well not so great[hate it when people say oh looks great there doing so well]

dont worry to much about top growth atm, they are growing roots
they will also grow a lit slower because of 12/12..
i thought your pots where bigger than 3l. they look bigger
peeps plant in smaller cups to start for this reason and easier not to over/under waterand better control on ferts
there is a journal at another site that i am on that is growing 12/12 in 1/2 pop can
the plant looks amazing bud about the size of a nicle, about 1 month old

not trying to bash on you, just past some tips to you to use now or next grow
hope i helped
