Mutated sprout

I planted 3 seeds in this pot and only two sprouted but one of them looks strange with 3 leaves instead of 2 and it’s growing unevenly. Should I keep it growing?

You can grow it, it will likely revert to normal. If it keeps growing sets of 3 leafs rather than 2, then you might end up with super bushy plant. But i also heard that those that continue growing pairs of 3 hermie out easier than normal ones. I had one of those proper 3 leaf pair ones and it hermied very early flowering. Mine started doing sets of 3 after 3rd or 4th node however and looked normal before that. But they are not guaranteed hermies even if they continue doing sets of 3

If you have extra seeds and dont want to risk it, you might just plant a new seed, you are not that far yet.

Yeah, mutations happen all the time ... nothing to worry about... but your gonna want to get them separate pots before the roots get all intertwined

I've had many tri leaf plants. None of them hermied.
