Feeding seedlings?

So this coming Tuesday the ladies will officially be 14 days old. They look healthy they all have four true leaves and are about 3-4 inches tall. I want to start feeding these girls on their next watering. I have the general hydroponics trio and a bottle of CAL-MAG. Im going to follow the bottled directions of 5 ml per gallon for each bottle of trio and 3ml for the CAL-MAG. Now my question is would anyone agree with the prescribed feeding amount, or am I getting heavy handed off the hop. The girls are an Autoflower strain. Any advice is welcome even criticism lol thanks in advance. :hump:

And when I say 14 days old, I mean 14 days prior is the day the seeds got wet for germination. Not 14 days since they sprouted.

What I have seen is , you want to wait at least 4 weeks before feeding nutes and to use less to what the instructions say especially if your going to start doing it now.... but wait to what other ppl say.

Ok well thanks for your insight. I'm new to cannabis so I'm not sure about it's growing cycle and how fast it grows. I've read and watched so much information I feel a bit confused. I just don't want to stunt the girls. By not giving them nutes when they need them. I know as I get a few grows under my belt I'll get a feel for it. I have to keep reminding myself that this is not a vegetable garden...

I believe I stunned my grow by starting too soon. That’s why. Are you able to nute all but one? Keep it separate.
And study the growth of each. I wish I did that.

What are the growing in? Dirt? If so what kind?

These girls were in something similar to fox farm ocean forest and never given anything but plain ph'd water.... Good organic soil doesnt need addition nutes until 4-8 weeks from seed.

Yeah I could test it out. Your ladies look way better than my best one...... I must be doing something wrong. I'll give it a shot. I'm sure I've done something wrong as too what I don't know . But live and learn.

Well all three are in potting mix. One is in kelloggs organic potting mix and one is in ace hardware brand potting mix and one with 50-50 kelloggs and Ace hardware brand. The kelloggs is supposed to have some nutes in it, but the ace hardware had nothing so I added a quarter cup of epsoma organic fertilizer citrus blend to the 100% ace hardware brand and the 50-50mix. They are in 7 gallon fabric pots. Also added perlite to each pot.

Put up some pictures of your grow setup and plants and we can help identify what can be improved on.

It wasnt FFOF, its called "M3" but its pretty similar to FFOF. I seem to get fungus gnats every time i grow but i have learned to top my pots with diatomaceous earth and a product that is no longer made called "gnat nix". This has solved my bug issues entirely. My current grow is about to be harvested and there are like 3 gnats/fruit flies on my yellow sticky paper, they probably didnt even come from the soil as it is summer here.

O man trying out a lot of different combos there..... Post some pics of the plants. Be very careful not to overwater planting directly into 7 gallon pots....

Add 3-4 tablespoons of worm castings to a water bottle. Fill with warm water, screw lid on tight and shake the hell out of it. Welcome to the world of worm casting shakes. It will not burn and they love it.

Could it be my lighting? I have them under two two bulb t8 florescent right now I'm going to switch to a spider farmer 2000 led today going to have it about 30 inches from the tops. Right now the t8's are 4 inches or so from the tops. Thoughts?

Do I need to pH balance the water after mixing? Or balance the water before?
