Help!!. yellowing leaves week 7.. normal or no?

Hey guys. I'm on week 7 northern lights auto. Feeding 1.5ml pk, 4ml cana boost per 1l a day. I stopped the pk now after 1 week of use. I have some yellowing leaves that are dying off I found one on the floor of my tent. Is this lak of nutes? Or something more sinister?
