ok thank you, also this strain according to googling Reba should have purple in it, i see some in the stem but not really any on the leafs, did i miss my window there or when would plants turn purple if they had gentics too.

I always try to keep things simple. A healthy plant is a healthy plant. If they are growing and not showing any signs of stress then don’t change anything and keep checking your trichs, when you start seeing ambers it’s probably safe to chop anytime.
Clear -Premature
Cloudy- prime
Amber- degrading
So if you wait to chop when you start seeing ambers, most if not all clear will have become cloudy which is prime time. Keep your ladies healthy inside and out: nutrients, environment etc... and watch those trichs. Don’t worry about flush unless you keep your ppms high. I continuously cruise adding water, ph adjuster or nutrients to my res whichever is needed. I keep a blue lab guardian continuously reading my res and keep ph at 5.7-6.2 and ppms anywhere from 750 - 1200 during flower and never really flush.

Temps toward the last weeks of flower can really bring out fall colors. Dropping grow room temps during those weeks show a lot of characteristics in plants. Some do it without any changes

ok Friday check in I mean thoughts? these ready to go or what. This is going on 6 months now and i dont see much additional growth. Should i be doing more nutrients or what.

They are definitely harvestable. It's just a matter of preference from here. The longer the wait the more of a stoney high it will be.
Quick tip - trichomes on leaves mature faster than buds. Make sure you're checking buds not leaves for trichomes.
I've found on this site people tend to encourage a later harvest. Most people harvest way too early so it's good advice but I from what I've seen some growers wont say you're ready to chop until 50% amber, and that's too far for my taste.
Remember peak is cloudy, amber means it's already starting to degrade. So as long as your not seeing many clear or glassy trichomes you're in the harvest window.

This is why I dont flush.
But im admittedly just bro sciencing here in a way that makes sense to me. Lol
I dont flush because simply put I dont see the point in cutting the girls short of what they need right before harvest.
You can flush the roots but you can't flush out the buds themselves.
Yes the plant can use reserves in the leaves to feed itself but again those nutrients end up in the buds.

Dude I would be ok to harvest with what I see in the photos. Idk. Maybe it would be too early to some but from the amber cloudy and clear ratio I feel like if it were my eyes on the other end of the scope I’d be prepping for harvest. Idk what your using as a microscope but if it has an led light on it I’d turn it on and hold your hand over the bud your examining to cover any grow room light or just check right before lights kick on. This is my technique and imo it gives a better idea of what those trichs look like.

If you think about flushing and have done any other gardening then it probably doesn’t make sense. I mean how many times have you flushed your tomatoes cucumbers or peppers etc. We eat veggies and smoke Or eat bud either way ingesting it. So why flush one and not the other?
