pollen sales?

just got thinking...

Is there any law stating that cannabis pollen cannot be grown and sold or bought from another person?

could someone (for their own reasons) have a legal grow where they chose to grow out select breeder males for pollen production and sell the pollen sacs or sell vials of the pollen to others? Im sure just the term "sell" indicates that it isn't legal.. but what about share or give away to other med users or rec users? is pollen legal to move between people?

i know it can be bought from time to time from world's strongest strains.. this is what got me thinking.. seems like a niche market

I hear ya.. but I think lots of growers with great strains they love would jump at the chance to buy pollen from great genetic stock that true breeders have selected as the best males.. Meaning the growers dont have to try and grow males and figure out what makes a good male etc.. They can just buy a small vial of an interesting strain that they know has been pheno hunted by a reputable breeder (best case) and all they do is pollinate.. they're out a few bucks for the pollen but have no time and space tied up in growing males. I think some would try it at least as a cheap experiment. Just a thought. Not for everyone obviously. Like any seed company, reviews and reputation would be the test of anyone producing pollen.

Feminised would sell...and it should be legal since no thc
