Under fed or Over fed?

Good afternoon,
Outdoor, week 4 flower. Leaves starting to yellow some. A week ago I used some organic compost tea and saw a little yellowing and burn on bottom leaves. I flushed haven’t used any nutes since. One week later the girl is yellowing. Is she hungry or burned? Thanks in advance.
