Just wondering if this will be ready to harvest by the end of the month? Also wondering why I'm seeing some dead leaves on a few of these buds, any ideas?
Lastly, found quite a few of these little bastards crawling around on it with big smiles, should I not worry if I'm harvesting soon?

Looks like you have some bud rot. Those little caterpillars are a huge pain outdoors. They eat your plants, poop everywhere, burrow into stems, and cause bud rot.

Your plant will be gone by then, I'd harvest on the asap, they'll just cause more damage eat into your stems and poop causes bud rot. Preventing it in the first place is key. If you was to let it go, inspect the entire plant cut the infected bud out of there and hunt them little bastards down.

2-3 weeks. Search inbetween all your buds, they can hide very well, i also find they come out and play more at night.

Hey Ben... last question, are all the little Brown leaves rot on this bud? Or is that normal?

I'm not seeing anything by looking at the photo, it looks all good, but yeah just inspect the bud, inside and out, if it's green it's good.

Yes, more than likely it is. Maybe you should harvest while you still have some to salvage, depends on what the rest looks like and what the weather does too. Open it up where you see the brown leaves coming out, then you can tell/see.
