SHOULD I TRANSPLANT!! WEEK 4 Of Flower

Im in week 4 of flower , and im wondering if i should transplant my plants. Theyre flowered going good and healthy but i feel if i transplant them it will boost them. Im not very sure my first grow but i was going to go from 5 gallon to 7 gallon, 25/coco coir 75/living soil, And then just water the following day, i need tips !

Jus feel like putting it in new soil and giving it more room and a breathable pot would help out?
It should be fine where it's at.
Next time just use the fabric pots. Then when you're smaller pots are full of roots you can set them into a larger fabric pot and fill in around the smaller one. The roots will just grow through the smaller one. And then they will have plenty of new soil to work with.

Also, I would recommend doubling the pot size. And doing it right before you want to change your light schedule. My last indoor grow I had them in ten gallon square fabric pots and set them into twenty gallon totes drilled full of holes and lined with fabric and it worked wonderfully. I've done it a few other times and each time it has turned out great.
