What are some good websites to get deals on led full spectrum lighting and such? I have a 1000 w exelence led light that works great. Has a bloom and veg switch. Anyone have any recomendations for the best bang for your buck and where to buy them?

Hey man, welcome to RIU. I agree with the other posters, we need more info. What I can say is your 1000 watt led from Amazon is not 1000 watts. They use that scam by adding up the max voltage each led can handle so they can say it is a 1000watt when in reality the power draw on most of them is between 100 and 250 watt. It's that power draw you want to look at. What these scummy led manufacturers are saying is you have a device that draws 150 watts but is outputting 1000 watts. Clearly they are lying and being purposefully deceptive to take money from those who don't know any better. That usually includes most who start out. Now don't get me wrong, you can grow a decent plant under one of these cheap lights, just no were near what you could grow under a good one. Let us know what size you are looking to light and we can make some suggestions for you.

Sorry for the delay gentleman and thanks for responding so fast. I currently have a 3 x3 mylar box for the 150 w led (1000 w exelence) and a 2×2 mylar box with 2x 65 w led full spectrum lights from home depot. I have 5 plants in the 3x3 (cecielia by pistil positive creations) and 4 dwc plants in the 2x2 ( gloria by ppc) i feel like they are a little skimp and this is also my first grow. Im using the 3 part AN line. And cali pro for the dwc. Ill post pics

And let me re phrase. Ppc has awesome stuff. I just probably didnt use the right stuff.
Thanks for the added info. You really want about 35 watts per square foot of good leds. For your 3x3 you want 420 watts and currently have 150. For the 2x2 you want 140 watts, you have 130. You can likely buy a decent DIY kit from HLG or go to Alibaba and find some knock offs which are cheaper.

Actually 315 if you are talking 35 watts per sq. ft. for the 3x3.

Thankyou sir. Doing research now. Which size would be good for a 4×4?
I'd probably get 2 of these, but it's over your budget. You could almost afford 1 for now, and add another later.
