4ft floros? Should I buy?

First of all, here's my grow:
https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/104772-my-first-grow-5.html#post1579613

I only have six 23w CFLs in there right now and I need more lightning, I'm kinda sick of CFLs so I figured I buy a couple larger 4ft floros for more light, I'm flowering right now, I should get 6500k right?

Parts of my plants are almost in shade so I need the light, I figure I'll have two 4ft floros hanging above the plants and maybe two more for side lighting but I'll also continue to use my CFLs.

Thanks

If you are going to put out funds on a new light for flowering I suggest HPS. Even a small hps 70-150w (like you can get at hardware store in security lighting) will produce tons better that fluro or cfl. No contest.

I've grown plenty decent sized buds under fluros.
Try it. I mean, I only pay 12 bux for mine, with the tubes and use 3 together (6 tubes) per side . . . real decent for vegging. You won't see huge buds. The ones in the pic are mostly 3-4" but great stash dope.

Here's a couple pics of buds grown under 6-40W cool white tubes, at 50 days.

Well I only have $50 to spend at the moment and honestly I was hoping to save $20 for a 20bag rofl. I said floros cause everything about them is cheap.

I can get 42w CFLs but theyre like $8 a piece at, are they really worth it? The reason I bought 23w last time was because you can get six 23w 1650lumen bulbs for like $13..

I don't see the advantage cfl's supposedly provide. Lots of heat, not super cheap, takes a bunch of them . . . on and on.

Most'll tell ya I'm insane, but that's ok. I've grown under fluros (2-tube shop lights) since the 70's and am just now doing my very first hps budding . . . I find myself worried about the expense rather than feeling great about my all-but-free exotic stash this time. For a couple/few weeks, I was like 'what's the big whoop?" but now they're starting to rock, and it's pretty extreme.
That said, I could see me returning to fluros if this caretaker biz doesn't pan out.

Also, grab one regardless, as they're preferred for some things, like cloning.

The two tube 4ft fixtures are what I plan on buying seeing as they're only $10 and then the bulbs are like $6 for two.. the bulbs are like 3200 lumens each aren't they? Sounds good to me for the money.. I'd buy HPS but honestly it's already 80-85F in there and then I would definitely need an AC unit for the room which I cannot afford.

I think they are 3200 lu . . . 2/$3 @ WMt.
The "Cool" I consider blue/white, for veg. The 'Warm" red/yellow. Mixed for flowering.

Went to your light link, but there's dozens of lights there, so.

I always heard cool was for flowering as it emulates the cooler colours of the sun in winter..
here's the link, apparently rollitup compressed it:

Could be. Like I said, I may be insane. All I know is that this hps is red/yellow/orange, an it's for flowering. It's probably just my terminology. I think of mh/cool, as blue, cuz' the sun's red/yellow/orange?

The light looks like a deal, but I'd wait until some qualified RIUpper in the know gives it the nod?

I've done the comparisons... and these are VERY different from what you get at walmart bud.
How so? What's the lumens on your recommendation? That and bulb size is the only difference.. I'm buying warm bulbs now anyway that I remembered they're for flowering.. or should I have some cool bulbs? I only have warm at the moment.
