Bamboozled, hoodwinked, you been run a muck.I could swear it makes the crop taste smoother
Last year i flushed for 18 days and it was the smoothest smoke i've ever had. This year after reading on here about the "hoax" that is flushing i decided to not flush and i have 2lbs of the best smelling and biggest buds i've ever had and I can't even stand to smoke it. Harsh, won't stay lit, gross tasting, depressing. Even after a nearly perfect drying and cure. Flush it when in doubt. lolI could swear it makes the crop taste smoother
If it's costing weed better be going in lungs lolBamboozled, hoodwinked, you been run a muck.
Nah but being serious your cutting yield short and you can't flush anything from the buds themselves. Give it some thought. People flush at the end to "rid the buds of nutrients" but all it does is cause the plant to cannibalize its leaves to give itself the same nutrients you cut out.
Still ends up with the nutes in the buds and you forced it to struggle at the end which in turn lowers possible yields.
I've flushed and not flushed. No difference in bud taste or smoothness. But flushing cost me some weed.
That's crazyLast year i flushed for 18 days and it was the smoothest smoke i've ever had. Well some would think but we can't find any other explanation. The sister plant is on a 20 day flush so we will see when that is dried and smokable if there is a difference. That's crazy
Unless you are working with clones of the same mother unfortunately pheno will always be the argument against it.Well some would think but we can't find any other explanation. The sister plant is on a 20 day flush so we will see when that is dried and smokable if there is a difference.

your random "test" isn't proving anything to those in the know
but hey you do it your way
I could care less what my ash looks like. I'm not sold on flushing. You want the harsh taste out of the buds I say a proper trim should do the job. You don't have nutes in the buds.. but the leaves might.. and if you dry the leaves on the bud and burn them I can imagine you may tell the difference. I have no experience with the scenario.. just putting my imagination to work.So is flushing legit or not ? I could swear if you don’t flush your bud tastes harsh and doesn’t have nice white ash etc . People from experience tell me this
