ok..i need some help.. i dont think im deficient, my ph is 5.8 always and im running dwc. i run the emerald harvest kali pro a and b with their king kola and also purpanator {experimental} and the general hydro calmag. light is an hlg 600 rspec i usually run at 75% due to head room i might have just timed the nutarians wrong and giving more than needed but no more than they recommend. anyways, everything was going good then i started getting curled tips that curled up and only the tip, i knew something was off so i adjusted, but now im getting slightly concerned only because im not sure what the plant is telling me now, now my situation is, more leaves are turning yellowish and some seemed badly enough burned i removed them. now im now sure if its just following its life cycle or if its locked out or deficient or whatever. roots are clean and white, res is clean. maybe i locked it out but i doubt it, its still showing growth in the buds. just turned week into 5 today. its supposedly wedding cake, has a sweet sour almost like grapefruit pineapple smell..anyways, light is about 18-20 inches from the "main" canopy the taller limbs i tied back away from the light. check out the pics and let me know your thoughts, thanks in advance ill upload pics asap

Better off swing this one through the best ya can until harvest and on ya next run learn from ya mistakes off this one . Go steady on the feeding
ok so i just turned down the light, and the last nut change i did i cut back but could probably cut back some more, im taking all the boosters out for a week or so, should i remove these burnt leaves, i was going to remove the really bad leaves, and cost through this, only have a couple more weeks ugh..also most likely going to get that extension..glad i took a few clones, and this is the experimental plant

Yea good idea, take out all the "boosters" ....no need in boosting that right now but i do believe its in better shape then it looks. DO NOT take any leaves off unless they are dead and ready to come off on their own. I dont think she is "burnt" as bad as it looks. Its just so bright in there the girl cant make enough chlorophyll to keep it green. The overall structure of the plant shows good signs. Drop the light to 50% and keep on feeding low dose. Do not just quit feeding either. (she may have too much of a nute or two but its lacking other nutes so just be calm and give her small doses)
yea i think your right, really glad i asked for advice because ive been trying to "think" my way through this issue, its so obvious to me as well the parts that are further away are fine..its my first run with this light and strain so i kind of got a little to hung up on keeping the light bright...well 75% bright lol. also i probaly did over feed her because i bumpped some nuts up slightly because she was big and consumes alot fast

well im learning myself. i use hps but am about to switch so im looking over all the folks who either switched or are just using leds. The more of you i find the better my chances are of switching without hassle.
One thing i know for sure is that good leds are much more intense then HID lighting.

yea thats a fact, you feel like it could use more light and dont notice how powerful they are, the top of the canopy stays are 78 degrees {cant get it to stay lower, waiting for winter lol} but i would still recommend them, before i used them i was trying to find someone who has used them alot and can give me pro tips...go hlg they seem to be the best although a bit more expensive

its not the "HLG" part thats doing so good , its the samsung diodes being used in that HLG light. If you get real samsung diodes then your going to blow away an hid light.
