Pinch them stems. From bottom to top. Rotating your pinch. Think of it like "popping your plants back"

Turn that 2 lane highway into a 6 lane highway. AND scars make them stronger as well. Ever since Kyle kushman or something like that (youtube) said pinch your stems regularly I have been and now my stems are seriously hard and good size 20201010_023918.jpg20201004_184636.jpg

Another vote for silica. Silica alone = 50% bigger stems easily. Silica and super cropping hand in hand.
Fun fact; I experimented with Nettle tea for a while and come to think of it my stems were very very thick and not hollow. Stinging nettle is now outlining my outdoor garden. It has stopped some thieves -

It produces its own silica.

I second Silica for thicker stems

I start bending the main stalk when the plant is young and supercrop lightly near each main branch. And on each of those branches right next to the main stalk. And you can use silica and alfalfa in your watering, among other things
aside from the Supporting..which I have never done...That's the MAIN Way to Strengthen them... It's like if You want to Get BIGGER ARMS..You Hit them with more Weights to Shock the Muscle to Stimulate Growth with Blood Flow...Same Here Buddy

Twisting and pinching at the Points JimmiP Stated will do Exactly That...Though You want to be Gentle when doing so. Normally you can Easily break it Off...breaking it isn't the problem cause it can heal and be even Thicker..but completely breaking it slows your plant down in growth.

Another Method that will secure the Bending at the point with support are BENDERS...they can really make things Easy

Ouch! Yeah it happens...and if it does...just take a deep breathe and say...Oh well... I Love You Girl..lol..and She'll forgive and sadly put more energy into repair than you want...but she will recover

I've looked at those before and seen a couple of different designs.. but what I found to be even easier and cost effective is to just cut 1 1/2" pieces of pipe cleaner or rubber coated plant wire and twist it around to manipulate the branches.
