Its been 8-9 days since i watered

dude. get them out of those cups. they are root bound for sure. transplant them into a BIGGER pot and make sure to loosen the roots from all the soil.

ill tell ya what i think, its not root bound ive grown plant bigger than that in 8oz cups.even though you havent waterd in a while dont mean your soil is dry.expecially if your plant isnt able to take up water do to lack of dissolved oxygen a.k.a overwatering.the cure to this is mix 2teaspoons of hydrogenperoxide per gal of water poke a couple holes in your cup and flush out your pot with this new oxy rich water(bout quart of water)ill bet your plant looks better by tomorrow!

Dude, is that aluminum foil on your walls? You're going to want to get rid of that ASAP. It doesn't reflect light nearly as good as you would think, and it creates hot-spots. You'd be much better off with Mylar or Panda Film. And if you can't get that, just paint the walls flat-white with latex paint. If you insist on using then foil, which you shouldn't do, the flip it over so that the dull side is exposed. The dull side actually reflects the light better than the shiny side.
