I did my best but it still looks a bit awkward. Should I ditch it or try to improve it?
Been working on something all afternoonDoesn't look baaaaad. Guess it depends if its facing the street from the front of your house or something, whether this is typical of the neighborhood tidiness, and if it's gonna be pumping out steam over winter.
Looks reasonably tidy though! I probably would of gone with a window drier or ac vent, a little more natural looking.
I've seen a tutorial on here years ago where the user build a wooden box over the interior of the window with a closed blind to cover the wood, they then left the window open a bit and vented into the box
Wow I like it but I was thinking about something like vertical blinds and then that box on top so it looks normal from the outside.Been working on something all afternoon
Went out there and after some tweaking, there are no folds or gaps.Wow I like it but I was thinking about something like vertical blinds and then that box on top so it looks normal from the outside.
edit: the air flow will make the blinds move so is not a good option but you get the idea.
good thinking bro
Happy growing
I Would but this is one of those places that requires you to stick with white. It looks slightly normal but I'd pick up a set of bamboo blinds and let the blinds be what every one sees from the outside. Behind the blinds, it can be as sloppy as you want.
Spray paint the bamboo blinds white ..Good luck with whatever you settle on.I Would but this is one of those places that requires you to stick with white.
I'll keep that in mind haha! I've been working on this for the past 2 days so I'm gonna take a break lol.Spray paint the bamboo blinds white ..Good luck with whatever you settle on.
