For a first grow you're doing good to just keep your plants alive. Next round I'd research LST and topping/mainlining and work to keep an even canopy.

Thanks for the feed back.. I did do a bit of LST and topping but since it was my first time i was scared that maybe i was doing too much to them .

Thanks for your response ..
Yeah man i struggled with the stretching there .. I know my lights aint the best but i gave it a try with it before i made it a hobby and to be able to save up for better lights. But im using hps lights 400 watts .. for nutes im using Veg-Bloom Dirty.. inside space is 2x4 and im have 3 plants in a one gallon reg pot and 3 plants in a 3 gallon smart pot. i know i can do better with everything i used but that will be for the next round i guess.

also you can slowly bend your tops over away from the top so you can lower your light and hit more tops, this is known as super cropping

thanks for that i been looking on youtube for hrs about super cropping but i been scared thinking its too late since is the start of week 4 of flower
do it slowly and don't try to break the branch. dont force it ,.slowly lower them down, it will look like a fishing pole tugging a line for a bit , next time you will have learned to manage the stretch, no big loss
