Plant looks fine ... needs a little pruning .

Look into LST and Defoliation. Clean up lower areas / mid section.
It increases airflow , light penetration. Plants can be “ trained “.

LST autos are incredibly easy , just enough to “ shape “ it , too much force and you risk breaking limbs.

But , remember you Do not need to overdo it.

Thanks i really appreciate your advice and everybody's to for that matter  .

For the LST i tried it but I think that i was to lite for that, I broke the main stem a bit because of that, but in my next run i will do that for sure: View attachment 20201114_194949.jpg

About defoliation, i have reed people's comments and on google that defoliation isn't good for a auto-plant and that way give me smaller yield at the end some how.
But yeah she (i hope) is getting to wide for my 60x60x160 tent, to many big leafs that block the light from my buds-sites.
Im i stunning the plant by definition? and how much?

And yeah, thanks for the pictures!

Whats wrong with breaking limbs? They grow a fat knuckle and support bigger buds

seems like a lot of nitrogen.... i dont usually want to get that dark green... i would find a fert w lower nitrogen... or reduce the EC of what u got..
maybe test ur runoff... see how it different from what ur putting in... u want a pretty consitent EC goin in and coming out... for instance if ur putting in 1.3ec and ur runnoff is 2.0ec ur watering too much...
Dark green leaves can be genetic. He has no clawing so not overdoing it on the N.

I would defoliate a bit. Theres no hard and fast answer to how much. I try and remove them a little at a time so fan leaves arent on top of others. Inward facing leaves. Leaves that are covering bud sites

They sweat from the underside. Moisture will develop. Then comes mold and mildew.

Isn't that called some special training method?, remember seeing a youtube video by i guy that bends and rotate the sten,s/ limes (don't really know different's, sorry about that), and then as you said they develop a knuckle that benefits the yield at the end?.
OR im ful och shit and don't know what im talking about hahahahahs.

Its called supercropping and you understood the technique correctly.

Its a form of high stress training. Im a fan of low stress but if i got a bigger than anticipated stretch i wont hesitate to break some branches.

Here is my garden I got currently. Everything is spaced well enough away from other growth without being too far and reducing buds per square foot. I have one more round of defoliation now that the stretch is over but ive been doing it slowly to not stress too much.

These plants are 21 days from flip. About 14 days of flower.
