the larvae hatch from the soil and sometimes on the back of leaves they do not damage roots only foliage. If you do not physically see the larvae it is probably just leaf markings from the cotyldons and true leaves pushing out.

I can see them, i'm not sure they are thrips but it's mostly likely.

I shared the photos before, i think these are the larvaes.

There are really few of them at the moment, the small lady is more affected, but thanks god, i spot just few on the bigger/flowering one, and i've been spending lot of time with the magnifier today in search of them.

The only thing that makes me worry is that today i spray a lot of washing up liquid, especially under the leaves, and usually when i spray it on other plants, i don't see any bug for the rest of the day, but unfortunately, after i applied it today, i checked again and i could find a couple of them, so not sure it is working as expected.

I got what you mean, and yeah sometime is frustrating, but I appreciate the few of them that actually spent effort trying to help... like you are doing :)

That's it, yeah, they appears like little worms, the way they move, very quick and yeah i think they hide in between the leaf ridges.

I cannot find Dr enzymes on amazon.co.uk! or any spinosad as said :(

There are lots of similar things but I would not know which one pick...

I'm definitely lazy and scared to do something wrong when it's time to do my "custom" mix.

Anyway you mean for example:
  1. 100 cl Water
  2. 400 cl Alchol (70%)
  3. few drops of any washing up liquid (any? or do they need to contain something in particular)
If i create this mix and spray on and under the leaves, should it help killing them? As the current washing up liquid mix that i'm using does not seem to help, i spray it literally everywhere on the small lady and after an hour i already saw one of the "little worms" running on one my leaf again :wall::wall:
 
Captain Jack’s Dead Bug Brew is 5% spinosad and available at just about every hardware store in the states. That sucks u can’t find it.

Unfortunately at the moment they are all unavailable, it seems that we are all doing the same thing during the lockdown XD

This morning I went to check for thrips and i did not find any after my washing up liquid "wash", on the other end the small lady seems that she went under a train.

Not sure if is because of the washing up liquid but this morning i found here saddest than ever, all the leaves pointing down and looking super unhealthy, can it be a consequence of the washing up liquid?

I also ordered the neem oil, at least i'm going to try it on the VEG plant, but it does not seems to be a solution for the flowering one.

Sorry no, not yet but probably soon in the next one in veg..

This time no experiments, and I'm using neem oil and it seems to work, even if I'm finding myself spraying it at least couple of time a week..

The infestation seems slowing down.

Ive Heard of the down side of the oil, so probably next time I ll try something else...

I ll let u know as soon as I LL try it
 
I’ve used 2 things that’s do work neem oil but that’s kinda messed with ur leaves for a bit if u put to much but it cleared up my problem and never had it again. Or u can make a tea and use that.

Hi. Yeah you’ll need to spray a few times a week if you still seeing them but I’m down to every couple of weeks now. As for the safety it’s been banned in crop spraying but for personal use and if you not eating it. Ha. You should be fine.
 
I use every preventative measure to repel aphids. i grow beneficial plants (mint, spearmint, peppermint) in the same soil to repel bugs, ladybugs to hunt and kill aphids, neem oil, and nematodes to kill any larvae.

Well my problem with the neem oil at the moment is that I everyone seems to suggest to avoid spraying the buds ( seems like it impact badly their taste)

So what I'm noticing is that I'm improving and controlling the situation in the lower side where I spray cause there are no buds but not so much in the top part of the plant where I did not spray because of the buds.. not sure if I should spray there too

Yeah I wouldnt spray directly on the bud. But if you do everywhere else then clean up the room at harvest you’ll be good to go for the next round.
