My first grow and start of new grow. Advice is greatly appreciated.

So I started these plants from seeds I found in some weed I bought. Seeds planted on 9/14 sprouted a couple days later and I put them under some cheap ass Walmart leds for 3 weeks untill i got ahold of a 600w mh/hps light. Then i had them under that for about 3 or 4 weeks at 24/0 and then took them outside where light has been about 10/13 or so for the last 4 weeks. This is how they look right now.
The photos of the seedlings are what I started 6 days ago and put them right under the 600w mh light.
Any advice would be great. The first ones where really just to see if i could do it. The new ones i want to do right...
