Are these ready to transplant

new grower here! I was planning on moving these girls into 5 gallon pots do you think they could be transplanted now or should I give them time still? The damage on the leafs of the solo cup girl came from a rouge fan earl in the grow lol but she’s still going hard

I wouldn't transplant yet. You also might want to get the light closer.

They can stay in those cups for a while longer. If you transplant too early then a lot of the soil is loose and just falls off the roots.

I really liked using Clear Solo cups inside of colored solo cups for my last go around. You can actually pull the clear one out and see root development real well. Plus if you are going straight into 5's you really want the root structure real developed at that size. Overwatering can be easy to do in a 5 gallon with plants that small.
