That would be great for guerrilla growers. How much do those beans sell for ? Is this going to be a steady seller ? Or discontinued?
It's taken a while for them to make is what's my understanding. Apparently higher % of herms. I'm not sure the entire story behind it but It's cool indeed. Reminds me of Where the Red Fern Grows.

Time to rename this the broscience thread. Nitrogen starved plants with yellow leaves being called variegated. A common mutation being touted as a new discovery. Hopefully new growers don't believe this nonsense and continue to spread more ridiculous broscience.

Plant enough seeds and you'll get seedlings that do odd things.

Tri leaf

Double sprout

True Variegation is interesting, but still probably not desirable in most cases. The below link is pretty interesting I came across it a while back:

This is one of the neatest examples I have seen:
djshortvanilluna.png

That is from DJ Short Old World Genetics.

Although most of the time when people reference variegation it looks to me to be more deficiencies.

Most of the time when such chimeras appear it is only desirable in an ornamental fashion. There have been various attempts to breed in odd genetic mutations like ABC, but once again they usually aren't beneficial or desirable in an end product. Even so many such mutations are incredibly recessive and/or may be much more likely to happen with factors A,B and environmental or stress factors C,D. Still very neat examples of crazy things that can happen. Here the OP was just excited about a mutation and asked about breeding it in..this thread dove off a cliff. I believe the real answer is while the ability to have such traits can be genetically passed down, stabilizing them is incredibly hard and generally counter-productive. They are much more likely to happen with a combination of genetic factors and stress.

Too funny. Children always resort to name calling. It never fails. That's the difference between a man and a boy. I'd rather be a shithead than have shit for brains.
No u do have shit for brains if you think im touting a new discovery and making bro science claims. fuck out of here with that

seems like you have insecurities being a man. you came in here with negative intentions so dont act like namecalling is being childish.

@xtsho noobs be getting more aggressive these days at it becomes easier and more accessible to grow and purchase lighting.
Don't even sweat the little ones. Lots of the arseholes on here have only been at it for a year maybe 2. Their insecurities shine through their threads
