I just passed the two year mark of growing and this will be my sixth grow and second attempt in this room. I struggled with powdery mildew last time and ended up chopping the grow and rebooting. I think I have solved all the issues that allowed the pm to take hold.

Over the weekend I built my new frame for my scrog. I'll probably lace it up next weekend once the tops are a little closer.

Plants are three weeks old and I'm running 720 Watts of quantum boards and the grow area is 6 x 3.

Hey bud, since you've had PM before, get yourself a good biofungicide like Southern Ag Biological Fungicide and spray your plants with it every few weeks until buds start forming. On off weeks, spray them with either neem/silica or potassium bicarbonate. Or give them a shot of Regalia if you've got a fat bankroll lying around. PM is always lurking....Good luck! I like how your foiled up everything. Which breeder did you go with for your Wedding Cake?

I cleaned the room really well with bleach after pulling the plants. Also cleaned the basement probably better than it's ever been cleaned before. A member here helped me get my hands on Regalia and I've been spraying them once per week. They're seed junky genetics. Here's a pic from when I chopped them. You can see how bad the PM was inside the plant. It didn't look this bad from the outside.

Clean work!Handles on the walls, air lines managed very nice.Lacing that screen wont be fun.
Thanks. The wall handles was my greatest idea! It's made stitching over the canopy when tucking a breeze. My back loves it.

Hey LG, good to see you still around.

Ill be following along, I loved my wedding cake, massive colas and a real nice tasting weed.

best of luck

Nice! Regalia is good stuff, even if the PM comes back, it's usually pretty mild, and manageable, on Regalia treated plants.

I really hope so

that shit was heartbreaking. Twice I thought I had it under control only to lose the entire crop. We built this room in June and I haven’t got anything out of it yet

Very odd thing I've noticed with this strain. My lights are out between 9pm and 3am. Between 7 and 8pm they start drooping and by 9pm they look like a severely overwatered plant. If I check on them in the morning they're perky and look normal.

They’ve had their daily DLI and are going into sleep mode is all. I just ran a wedding cake cross and they crushed it with thick, dense sticky nugs

good luck.

Awesome thanks. I have seen this before with other strains, just not to the degree that these plants droop. When I first saw them do it on Monday night I thought there was a problem.

Ive had some strains start the droop 5 hours before lights out. I dialled back the wattage and that solved the problem. This is where par meters come in very handy but really not feasible for a lot of people.

I'm running at about 50% power, 26" above the plants. I wonder how they'll droop when they're getting full power. I looked at par meters, a little pricey for my blood. Lux meters seem to be a lot cheaper on Amazon. Do they do the same thing?

Lookin really good so far...
very nice!

Another week done. The middle plant has taken off and I've already tucked a couple limbs. The plant on the left is just starting to poke through and the one on the left needed a little boost to get to the net. I've bumped them up to 800ppm this week. I was kinda surprised they're eating so heavy this early. I figure another three weeks or so then I'll flip them into flower.

(Yes, I am aware that opening with that made me sound like some sort of creepy stalker! :D)
