yes liquid oxygen is h2o2 12%
just dont pour it directly in your solution, predilute it 10 times, or it can react with the chelates of your nutrients
it will help to keep your reservoir clean
you dont want to put more than .5mL/liter of the 12 %, it will make around 50ppm of h2o2 which is the right dose to keep things clean without damaging roots

with predilution, as i said
for the runoff, add half dose, 0.25ml/L, then reuse it
if you're in deep water culture/nft, add half dose everyday or two (0.25ml/L)
