Iam growing 4 plants 2 in 3 gallon 2 in 5 gallon. Shud I use both lights and spread plants ?

Not sure to be honest. I believe you can squeeze them all together under one light for a week more for electricity sake but better wait for somebody more experienced to help you.

You're welcome my friend. I always try to help and others also helped me a lot on this forum. 2 TSL2000s are 600w which is perfect for a 4x4. Just have some patience and don't go balls to the walls with the nutes. Always start at 1/4 strength. Also, I believe 4 plants is the perfect amount for a 4x4. Again, don't forget Low Stress Training. An even canopy is what you're looking for. Lastly, before you're thinking of doing something, I suggest you create a thread so you get opinions first. I turned it up right now. Full power 28 inches from canapoy. That’s not to strong for 15 day old ? What shud I look for if there is problems ?

Again... look at my sprouts sitting directly under a 1000w light..... They were just fine. You can just run the one light for now. Fire up the second one when they start getting bigger.
