I can fit 6 or 7 1 gallon pots each row that’s anywhere from 36 to 49 pots so we’ll see what happens

Why so many pots? Sounds like a nightmare to water....

But it’s really 54 inches each side so I guess call it bad labeling

Its actually much closer to a 5x5 than a 4x4.... Might as well get a used 1000w hps setup and toss that in if your all about that yield.

Because bigger pots r give you bigger plants and your gonna need bigger lights as I’m seeing now with these 4 foot plants but the buds are smaller than last time when my plants were only 2 feet

The size of a plant has little to do with the size of the pot it is in.

Huge plants can be in little pots if taken care of correctly.

No it’s 54x54 is the glass half full or empty it depends how you want to look at life but the whole purpose of this is to make use of what I got that’s why I’m not doing anybody else’s idea

The size of a plant has little to do with the size of the pot it is in.

Huge plants can be in little pots if taken care of correctly.

I would suggest if your going to high yield switch to soil-less or coco

Good luck my friend My advice would be lots of documentation in some type of journal or day planner. Scaling can be tricky. Elon Musk learned the hard way when he attempted to scale up car production. It took him a while, but it looks like he's getting it figured out.
There will be things arise that you couldn't have planned for, and you'll have to make adjustments on the fly. I would use your seed making runs as tests, scaling up with each test. When you decide on your strain, get your clones off of her and start running wide open. I'd guess your first single strain clone run would get you close to your goal, and with some fine tuning, the runs afterwards should get you what you're looking for.
Looking forward to see how it goes. Make a solid plan, but don't be afraid to deviate when necessary. And most importantly, enjoy the ride

I’m in coco now giving it a shot I kind I messed up treating it like soil and not feeding everyday but I still got some beautiful plants that I’m proud of

some coco is cheap some is already cleaned of salts , higher quality coco yields better

keep a journal you can update anytime you please and keep notes and if you don't want to have people comment just post in first post

No my point is that you can grow a massive plant in a small pot if you know what your doing. I believe @Renfro grows plants that are 5x5 in 5 gallon pots.

Yes. very important to log what you do and when you do it. Taking lots of pictures is helpful to me as well.
