Did I over water ? Leaves dropping

Leaves dropping did I over water seedlings. They are 17 days old. Watering only with spray bottle. Ph 6.5. Or do u think at this age and size for should start watering till run off circular around pot edges to draw roots out for moisture. Any advice Wud be great

Water until slight runoff at lights on. Very slowly since the soil is so dry. Let them sit and soak it back up a little too.

Can you go into more detail for me. My first time and a Iam over thinking things as I always do What’s best watering techniques.

Completely saturate the soil (slowly). When you see water coming out of the bottom that is “runoff”. You want about 10% volume of water added to “runoff” out of the pot.

And this is ok for a 17 day old autoflower seedling ? It’s not too much for the rootsize at this age. ?

1 tsl2000 for seedling and veg I have 2 of those lights and will turn both on at flower I got that advice from a grower but are open to hearing what you think

Its not how much you water but how often.

Idealy you want to soak the pot so that roots go out searching for water.

Can be tough w seedlings in large pots though

soak the pot then leave it for a couple of days, the roots will seek out water as the soil dries. You did well not overwatering them so far, but now you need to encourage root growth.

Thanks. Can u give details on full watering as it’s my first time. I herd around edges in circle and don’t water with in 2 inch radius around stem ?

With that small of a plant that is good advice. Just don’t over think it.
