Shave and a hair cut

So gave my plants a trim tonight. Did I go to far or do they look okay? Going to flip them to 12-12 next weekend so wanted to clean them up and let them recover before I flip them.

What's the medium and what are you feeding with?

Coco. Advance nutrients sensi grow/bloom. 1st time in coco so wanted easy nutes. Been using a small bit of molasses also.
