I broke the break cable on my bike how do I fix it?
Which brake front or rear? Is it a road bike or mountain bike. Road are calipers which are pretty easy. Mountain is a v brake if its a bike before discs became the norm. Otherwise you might have canti or a cable actuated disc. All are pretty easy to fix with the right cable.. Pictures would be helpful if you need help.

Orange crush is my hardtail. I have a 160mm enduro bike... commencal meta so.
Fun hardtail! Rode a older meta years ago.. The French make good bikes! How's that orange? Is it steel or aluminum? I'd drop that coin if I could only have one bike but I'd go with steel, old backs prefer it!

The meta i have is a 2013 sx bit i built it in 2016 with top of the range gear. Bos forks. Ill try and get a pic of it. Its a 26 so it's reasonably old school. It feels like a full sus bmx now compared to the orange.

The orange is loads of fun. Its alloy. You just have to land drops and jumps on the front wheel... which really requires confidence.

Opportunity cost: that’s two smoking-glasses you’ll have to leave on the shelf.
I decided to go back shortly after posting my "should I get it post". I got the bike.
The bike I do have, was actually a hand me down. I've had it for over 20 years.
Mamashark has been wanting to buy me a bike for years. I never really "let her". Just didn't want her spending money on me.
I rarely spend any money on myself. I'll buy a bong once in a while but other than that, my money goes to the house and saving to get a piece of property in Maui.
I digress. I have been told lately that I deserve this, or I deserve that. So I grabbed some cash and gave it to mamashark and told her to cover the rest.
I am now the proud owner of a Giant Roam 3. The color is pretty sick. It seems to change depending on lighting and angle. It's garnet.
I took it for a ride as soon as I got home. Wow. It's like a Cadillac compared to the hand me down.
Anyway, I guess I'm going to become a little bit of a bike nerd.

I just ordered a 1500 watt motor kit today and I am going to try and build a cruiser out of an older aluminum frame 26" hardtail MTB. It's a newer style rear wheel motor that has an integrated controller and supposed to be a lot easier to hook up, and it is controlled by the LCD screen. So no external controller to mount to the bike frame, just a battery...and I ordered a battery from China last week, since spring is 3+ months away around here. Just a little project that I decided to blow my stimulus check on, for something to do. I'll take pics. this is the kit. 1500 watts is probably overkill, but we have hills, and I weigh 180 pounds.
