Need Help (pics included)

Alright so these gals are 13-15 days old. This plant is the only one showing this problem. All the others are in the exact same soil (mix all the ingredients up in a trash can before I pot them). The soil consists of scotts potting soil, vermiculite, and agrowin rock dust. I am not using any nutes on them yet due to age, wanted to start yesterday but holding off till I find out the root of my girls issue.

Looks like it could be over watering, or to high of heat.

Wait for a better opinion.

I want to say looks like an MG deficiency but that is not probable. Lets start with the basics:
lights and distance from canopy
water schedule
size of pots
water-tap, distilled, RO

it just might be ready for a balanced light feeding,some seeds need food earlier i have found,but that might not be it.

Lights 4*23W Cfls within 1.5 to 2 inches 6500K
Water when the top inch or two of soil has become dry
Pots are 18Gallon (long story as to why the containers are that big)
Water is RO
The heat is kept within a degree or two of 77F
And the Agrowinn rock dust has mg but maybe not enough (used about 1/2 cup mixed in with soil.)

I thought that at one point, but I have 9 of that same strain and age and only one shows the discoloration. I may just start using the nutes and see what happens to it

ya but all seeds have differant nutes stored in them,as i remeber reading aquite a while back.
