As larrypizzimp93 said coco loco is a soil with additives and coco included. It's not the same as a coco grow.

That's more like a soil. you want straight coco so you can feed everyday
I want all the benefits in a coco grow but I want to be able to water every other day Any suggestions. I was thinking shorter veg for a smaller plant in a bigger pot And maybe use a plastic pot rather then an air pot of fabric pot so that I can water every other day

The whole benefits of coco is unlocked with multiple feedings daily. If you really don't want to even feed daily stick with soil.

Yes I had gnats before in coco, I just let the top of the coco get dry sometimes, that seems to keep them under control.
I heard laying a half inch of sand on top of coco keeps them away? U know if there any truth behind this ? And are gnats more common in coco then soil ? If u k ow ?

Yes the sand works also, common or more, I cant say.
If you use coco without anything organic you shouldnt get gnats.
I was using some organic bio booster to help the uptake of nuits and believe thats where they came from.
