Odd enough while topping.. I noticed one of the branches I topped had some extra tops hiding in there .IMG_6481.JPGIMG_6488.JPG

So now keep in mind.. I still have a branch BEHIND this part of the plant here on each of the main branches.. that has ALSO been topped. So while the other main branches each now 4 tops each... This one has 6.

She's gettin some junk in here trunk . I left enough on the stump to hold her together til she gets a little more "woody" and then I will be snipping that 1 last time. That will bring another phase of fattening that trunk and the main branches will also start to get pretty strong.

I have a question about this style of growing, and it's results if anyone who is viewing this has any insight, or pics it would be awesome.

I've googled this kind of plant structure, but all I see are the classic manifold.
My goal is to achieve something like this.. but I want more tops.

After only topping her once on each top she has.. she has 18 tops. However mama ain't raise no bitch, so I do plan on topping each top again.
That should give me 36 tops. I have a tomato cage I plant to implement later on when the time comes.

nugbuckets version requires 4 topping i believe to get to 16 , strip the side branching as to control the leaders only

top to 3rd node. clean everything but 2 branches let them grow into a Y then let those branch into 2 so on so forth , removing lower growth to send the energy up

honestly 8 or 16 are structurally the best to me, even 4 can be Manipulated into a swastika shape(I know not the best image but its the shape I high stress train into to cover the best sq ftg)

But what if the higher growth is brought down to eye level with the lower?

that plant took up 1 corner of a 4x4, so a 2x2 by itself with no scrog net just strategic tye downs
This tent is 27"x27".. I may need a bigger tent lol The tomato cage I have is like 3ft tall with 2 18" rings. Going to train them to grow up on the outside of the rings, and use ties, or string to anchor them on the rings. If this works the way I pictured I will have a few branches inside the ring as well. Not trying to waste any light.

To anyone skipping to the end.. there are a couple of links I posted for some free seeds while packs are available in exchange for a share on IG, as well as a 2x4 Gorilla tent giveaway.

(Disclaimer: Those are not my giveaways, and neither I nor RIU have anything to do with those giveaways)
I'm just sharing the links with the peeps who come to check out the progress I've made over the last 9 months. I learned a lot, and just helping to giveback to other growers. We're on the internet, so t his is my way :bigjoint:

you can follow the circumference of the tomato cage but be sure to leave space for air flow the inner "pocket" will have stale air with all the leaves blocking it

leave the two middle nodes to grow up the center
