Order flower grow first time little help required

I have three of strawberry cough autoflowers two in a five gallon fabric pots one in 3 gallon plastic pot the one in the 3 gallon plastic pot is growing faster than the ones in the fives I have Fox farm frog mixed with very little fox farm ocean dirt just wondering when I put my recharg in after three weeks like usual and any tips would be thankful how often should I water them cuz I'm coming from photo. It's going to auto

I know you popped them in the final because the internet told you to do so. That transplanting is a sin and bad for autos.

1 it's fine to transplant autos.
2 by watering the whole pot you have put the seedling in danger. Simply put it cant use all that water. This is how root rot happens for seedlings. Too much water for too long without drying out.

Let those posts dry out and only water around the stem of the seedlings until they have created a strong root base.

Agree w most of this. I do like to start in final containers if possible. Works best for me.

the seeds in the 5 gallon pots are doing most of their growing under ground at the moment, the roots have more room to spread out. i started my autos in the same pot they would finish in and they grew slowly at the start. i was told this would happen and not to worry about it. i also transplanted one of my autos because of a watering issue and it turned out fine.
