Always enjoy seeing other people's homemade equipment, tools, inventions of all levels from intricate to plain and simple.

If anyone cares to share their creations jump in.

Here's one for ya:

The long reach funnel.
22.5° elbows on the ends. 3/4" PVC. Cut to length needed. Funnel connected at the top with 3M two sided tape cut thin width and clean end to end. Short lower pipe cut to length needed to reach middle of pot with back of 22.5° bend against the outside rim of the pot. End of pipe has a ¾"to½" reducer with a metal drain screen hammered on it. That keeps the perlite and soil out of the pipe.

I only use it during flower to ease watering the rear plants in a tent without moving pots or bruising flowers while reaching.

Enjoy. Looking forward to seeing other's hillbilly engineering

Set up a shorty 2×4 tent on top of a fold out 2×4 plastic table. Carbon filter and fan external maximizing internal height for lighting. Plants are elevated to easy working elevation. Ideal height to sit on a five gallon bucket and prune plant properly to maintain an even short canopy. Perfect width to run three plants in #3 smart pots. Only 2' deep so no real need to lean up too far off the bucket. Under table space used for storage.

Make the most from small area.

Have 2 4×4 set up side by side in small room with only one breaker. Tents run separate light cycles 12hrs apart. Have to use least amount of amps possible.

Instead of separate intake fans, use one larger 8" fan with a wye reducer 8"× 4"× 4". Run hose from wye to each tent. As a bonus 4" duct is the size of dryer vent hose so there are really cool vents available to use as an air deflector. Air direction of the intake can be directed easily to avoid over drying one pot.
