I make meatballs and form them around cubed mozzarella cheese inside of them, then I bake that for 20 minutes.

Then I roll them in egg, cover them in bread crumbs and fry them until golden brown.

Add a small amount of marinara and Parmesan Cheese to lay the meatballs on.

It's fucking delicious. It's also one of those meals that slows you down for 2 days. Lol

Bust out that meatball recipe playboy !

The art of a world class meatball is the life’s work for some .

You using crackers, bread crumbs, bread ,milked bread ? Grinding your your own 3 meat combo w/blended cheese ,I’m in .

Super bowl Sunday is coming up &I’m for sure running this idea when I get shitty & falafel’s are done .

I’ve got thoughts on what meat mixture I’ll use that will support the mozzarella but it’s your creation .

I mixed pork and beef, Italian seasoning, chopped onion, and diced fresh garlic.

I mix italian breadcrumbs and crumbled Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese for the breadcrumbs coating.
