The art of a world class meatball is the life’s work for some .

You using crackers, bread crumbs, bread ,milked bread ? Grinding your your own 3 meat combo w/blended cheese ,I’m in .

Super bowl Sunday is coming up &I’m for sure running this idea when I get shitty & falafel’s are done .

I’ve got thoughts on what meat mixture I’ll use that will support the mozzarella but it’s your creation .
LOL you beat me to it! Thanks for looking out

This is one of my all time favorite sides. I haven't had it for over 8 months due to being on Keto, but I can live vicariously through you if you make it. I have no idea where the recipe is from, my grandma made it like this and my mom. So easy..so good.
Try it..thank me..love u..bye

1-1-1 Ratio

1 Cup of Rice
1 Can of French Onion Soup
1 Can Beef Consomme
1 Stick butter
1 Cup sliced mushrooms

Instant-pot: If using instant pot just select the regular rice setting...done
(note: in instant pot this will make it quite greasy, my friend's kids like it this way, but in the instant pot you can use about half of the amount of butter, don't skimp on it in the oven though!)

oven: Covered Casserole dish or dutch oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour (with regular white rice)
If using brown or other rice you need to add a bit more liquid and let it go a little longer.

I feel your pain. I still miss New Crop Jasmine Rice and Basmati, sigh.

Never heard of Kraft peanut butter before . Looked it up on amazon & selection is wide ranging . Gonna have to give it a shot . Looks like Kraft peanut butter is all Canada branded.
Kraft is kind of a weird company. Some of their products have different names depending on where they're sold. Kraft mac and cheese is branded as Kraft Dinner here.

It's not Jiffy
Never heard of that brand. We have Jif tho, I'm not a fan it's kinda gritty like there's too much sugar.

I run keto 6 days a week. Sundays I get one dinner non keto.

I match that with intermittent fasting when I am trying to maintain bodyweight. The only thing I have until about 5 pm before eating is a coffee with MCT oil in it and a protein shake after my workout.

We should share some keto recipes to broaden our horizons.

Most don't do both keto and the intermittent fasting because they are using it to lose weight. But my body is better regulated hormone wise with keto.

At the risk of ruffling some feathers... Indian basmati rice is "aged" for at least a year to give it the distinctive aroma and flavor it is known for. Just need to soak before cooking. Time for the re-up.

True, you want basmati a beautiful golden color. The best I've found has usually been in cloth bags. Jasmine rice you want new, to keep the smell and just a little stickiness. They are both wonderful, I miss them.

Some mills will quick dry new crop rice on heated tables so those terpenes may be gone. It takes time to fully dry the rice kernel to its core for full flavoUr. Reminds me to start soaking some rice to cook for use as binder in my meatballs for superbowl sunday.
