Iv rooted from seed,maybe bit early in my small tent,Iv still got couple weeks left on my grow which is in big tent,will these be ok in rock wool for couple more weeks,they have rooted they are on top off a rack so not on ground need them too last 2 moor week?

How long can leave in quarter strength,really want too slow growth down?

TBH they don’t look great... some may survive a couple weeks, but they need some love. And soil.

Depends if its a soil grow!?

In rockwool you need to be giving water and food every day til you have run off ( just like coco). Thisnis why they are looking hungry. If you do this you could do the whole grow in those blocks as long as you fertigate frequently
