I have a roll of thermal insulated reflective wrap... just been dragging my feet on cutting them to fit. I am battling humidity in my other tent and I think it is because I need to seal off the reservoir around the base of the plant... I know the leaves are giving off a lot of water vapor also but it's crazy the humidity I am getting currently

Looks good, but that 3/4" wide area with the raised nubs between the foil and the outer edges on the yellow lids will let light in. Id cover that part with alum foil. Cover the recessed parts too.

Its been my experience that you really do need to be fanatical about zero light getting to the water. .

I just lost everyone of my seedlings due to my dog. I am super pissed... my sons went into the grow room and left my door open and the tent open. I come back to find chewed up air lines and rapid rooters all over my tent... I am going to take a breather regroup and regerm ill be back soon

That sucks man.

My cat jumped in my tent and ate a 2" tall Mephisto baby before I could grab her. Most expensive seeds I ever bought too. The one survivor turned out to be one of the worst plants I ever grew, so Im not mad at her any more :)

Something you should really consider doing is building a large spill tray for your system. With hydroponics, you will end up with water on the floor. Its almost inevitable. Imagine if you took a 5 gallon bucket of water, and just poured the whole thing right there on the floor. Even with as little as 5 gallons, very significant damage can be caused, undoubtedly costing money and time. Now, think about the massive amount of water on the floor if all the water in your system ends up on the floor.

Building a big spill tray is very easy, and is less than $100. It will save you so much heartache, believe me! Just build a frame with some wood, and get a pond liner (available everywhere) to hold the water. Dont use poly plastic sheeting, its not durable enough IMO.

Take a look at my grow thread link below in the signature box. I usually have around 60 gallons in my RDWC, and my tray holds about 100 gallons. I could dump all the water in my system, with lots of room to spare.

Early flower running 80 degrees but I'm pushing 85 RH... would like to be at 70... about to put up the dehumidifier
Yes, get that dehumidifier going. During veg you want to shoot for > 50% rh, during flowering, around 30% to 40%.
