The only real downside to it being like that is if you grow it big it will try to lean more and more but if you support the plant with trellis or stakes then it's not an issue.

Many growers will take a plant and pull it down horizontally so that all the nodes pop and grow vertical to make buds. This is commonly referred to as super cropping. Very common in corn fields where a stealthy grower doesn't want the plant to grow taller than the corn.

Not much you can do at this stage unless you're repotting anyway. You can always LST it back the other way!
