Well learning involves doing your own research and those pics show you really haven't done any. You didn't answer my question about how far your lights are. What are you feeding them?

Are you feeding them? I seedling under a couple of CFLs should be a lot bigger than that after 5 weeks

@Raks123 hard to tell what might be wrong without knowing more about your setup? What's your watering like? I see cotyledons so not nutrient deficiency but maybe too much nutes or water? Or not enough water? How much light as Eugenios suggested?

Here's from Canna Coco.
One of the biggest issues with coco is watering practices. Coco is a sponge, and like a sponge, when squeezed water comes out, but not all the water. The sponge will remain damp and coco can still appear wet without having enough available water to give to the plant. Constantly watering coco results in over-watering. When using coco, there is a need to water at a minimum of 50% dry. Sometimes 70% dry might be better especially during the first weeks, when most roots are formed. After all, the roots also need oxygen and where there is water there is no air. A sophisticated and reliable method to measure the plant available water in the coco substrate is a tensiometer (pictures 3 and 4). It is a device that determines the water potential in a substrate, effectively the force needed to release the water from the substrate. This ‘force’ is minimal in a water saturated substrate and maximal when the substrate is completely dry.

I don't know what happened but they are severely stunted. I hope you go to my grow... I'm in a contest and it is judged by number of views.... Here's what you will find in my tent now. I also had seedling on Jan 17th. So our plants are same age. These are 4 GG autos.

STOP!!!!! They don't have any ability to use Nutes yet. Biggest mistakes a beginner makes. Over waters and over nutes. There weeds Man.... You're smothering them with love.

It ain't the lights... plant of light all the way through veg. Flower your gonna want more light.
