That looks like both female and male parts to me.

So I’ve got what I think is another hermaphrodite. I noticed balls on the lower nodes of the plant, some of them have pistils coming out of them. Am I going crazy or is this a herm ?

Plant is a Lemon Saphire feminized, around day 21 into flower.

Hey Bud....yessir your instincts are correct in my mind...you can continue to pick them, and try to make harvest...I'd kill it myself.
You need to figure out why...unstable genetics bad luck.
.or could be environmental.

Yeah I’m not sure but I’ve gotten a lot of herms lately, I’m hoping just genetics as I haven’t changed anything in my growroom in a long time. My cabinet has some cracks in it maybe they don’t like the light leaks.

I had 3 runs that kept seeding...finally found light leak...I would start by sealing those up.
