Wats wrong with my little girl here? She was the best healthiest plant I’ve ever seen and in 24 hours later she looks like this?

CFLs and flouro tubes up above . I jus can’t understand how she’s b overwatered they only get a little every 3-4 days

It is common if you don't have enough light

And they haven’t been fed anything yet it’s seed starter mix that has 0 nutes in it

My advice never use any soil with nutrients in it and how did that plant get so dark green with no nutrients
You had to add calmag or something unless it grew under a blurple

Apparently not , I’m freaking out that all the sudden she jus looks like that when they wer prolly the healthiest fastest growing seedling I’ve ever had before 24 hours ago

This only my second indoor in my lifetime I’m pretty new at it , wat exactly should I b lookin for in the roots for an answer?

I agree with @Herb & Suds from just looking at it. What are you growing in exactly? And environmental conditions need to be known (light intensity, humidity, temperature, ventilation).

It stays about 75 degrees in ther consistently , I don’t have something to measure humidity , there’s a nice little fan giving them a breeze , I’ve been giving them about 125-250ml of water every 3-4 days (scared to overwater cuz I’ve done it before) there is 4 26 watt CFLs within an inch or two above them and 110 watt Fluor about a foot above them , and another 42 watt CFL on the side . They wer literally the best and fastest growing plants I’d ever had before and today ther not ...ther only bout 11 days old . I def need some help here tho I don’t wana lose these

To me, it looks over watered. Or has wet feet.. Did you say what soil it's in? Did her feet get cold? Is she on a heat mat?

I put a picture of the exact bag I used . No heat mat or nothin . But how could it possibly b overwatered at 125ml of water every 3-4 days , with plenty of drainage holes in those cups
