100 fem seeds 200$

he has killer hype stuff and is well worth it.

Yeah thats ridiculously good value. One of his posts says "no ego fee attached to these seeds" and its under a pic of an absolutely gorgeous cultivar.

Thats not a great way to look at the seed market. Expensive isn't always quality.
Cannaventure's lvtk cost me 60 bucks, popped 1 seed and got this

Greenpoint's bodega bubblegum was about 60 bucks as well, popped 6 beans for her

Just a couple examples of "getting what I paid for"

In house definitely puts out heat but for 200+ it could be better, imo.
Dayyyyyum. Nice work bro. What were the yields like on those?

You are right! I don't think I can pass up the sales going on.

Gloseedbank has
Cannarado for $60
CSI Humboldt for $70
Bodhi for $60
Some Sin City for $80
And some Top Dawg for $75

that is some good prices for some quality Genetics, I know Top Dawg and Cannarado are fire, and all the others are talked about highly.

Some people have had issues with Gloseedbank but I’ve never had anything but good experiences.

Three of those breeders have threads on this first page right now with copious amounts of information.

Actually all 5 are on the first page.
I love this help. I'm learning a lot. It does give one assurance to see the same breeders being brought up. These guys obviously have a passion.

If you want strong weed... I recommend Sensi Seeds - NL #5 x Haze. I've always considered myself to have a naturally strong cannabis tolerance (the first few years I smoked with my friends, I didn't even feel anything), but this strain was very strong to me. It also yields very high.

If you want unique-smelling weed... Cali Connection - Pre 98 Bubba Kush is one of my favorite terpene profiles I've ever smelled. People say it smells like coffee and I get their point, but it's not quite COFFEE per se... but it's like a roasted-bitter flavor which is an awesome change from fruity strains or sour diesel smell.
Potency is important but not the most important trait for me. Unique & distinctive is always great. I have yet to try NL or Haze. It's on my list now. Thank you.

I can see myself trying to grow four different strains at a time now. I did that successfully one time.

I need two more tents plus I need to learn micropropagation. Then I can have dozens of mothers.

Plenty of vendors you don't need to spend more than $60 or so a pack with.

A few I like:

Shoreline OG
AK Bean Brains
Hazeman
Authentic Genetics

There's plenty more. You don't need to spend a ton to get something decent. If you're looking for killer plants right off the bat, you're going to need to spend money on a clone or you're going to have to hunt a little. Remember, there are tons of traits that make up a really great plant. Density, smell, taste, effect, physical characteristics of stems, leaves, temperature tolerance, frost tolerance, so many things...

I want to have 3 mothers. I decided I'm too old, inpatient & my space is too small to pheno hunt which is what I'm doing now with a run of White Runtz from Anesia Seeds. Assuming this run pans out, I will have a 50/50 hybrid, high THC mother with bag appeal as well as a street reputation, i.e., something I can enjoy & it will possibly help payback my excessive outlays for this hobby.

I'm willing to spend more to get known genetics but I won't be stupid although the Dunning-Kruger effect is always in play with this industry. I don't know what I don't know & I'm too trusting.

Clones or seeds if the genetics are great. I just bought an Instant Pot so I can probably toss a tissue culture in there & have a plant overnight as well.

I want 2 more mothers, 1 primarily indica & another primarily sativa. I want to stay away from anything with heavy couch lock.

Any suggestions on certain breeders, strains, Strainly gems, etc. would be appreciated. My brain is on overload.
I'm liking on Thug pug genetics right now, am interested in runtz but heard its overrated.

Attitude often has half packs. Anything inhouse will be the prettiest bud you’ve ever grown if you’ve never purchased a “fancy” pack. Check em out man. Worth every penny. They don’t yield huge so run a few extra. Pop one seed and take clones.
Those things go fast. I'm really interested in Slurricane.

Trying new strains is my favorite thing regarding cannabis. I don't care about huge yields, just trying new strains and feeling different effects. I also haven't tried many strains. Only OG Kush auto, Jack Herer, Amnesia Haze, Cream Mandarine auto and Malawi. Most of the time I just get sleepy, slightly euphoric, lazy and a little paranoid. When I tried that Amnesia Haze in 2014 though, I ended up running home and having tons of energy. When I tried the Malawi, it was even more intense, more energy, more euphoria but also had some paranoid thoughts. From now, I will be growing 3 plants. One pure indica (maybe Bubba Hash from Ace), One Hybrid (as close to 50/50) and one Pure sativa (Malawi for sure and then I will try others).

This is the lineup

If op is serious about 3 mother's and no more hunts I would find a trusted clone vendor and drop 3-500. Get 2 hype strains and 1 that u personally want. Even with the breeders listed above u would still have to hunt through a few packs to get to get to the level of these clones

Ditto. I want to avoid sleepy the most. One sleepy strain on hand for bed time would be fine but I hate nodding off during the day or early evening. I don't get paranoia feelings from many strains fortunately. Euphoric, happy, relaxed, giggly, creative, talkative, concupiscent....all good.

BTW, I read somewhere that White Runtz was a 50/50 strain but the description from Anesia Seeds shows it to be 70/30. Indica/Sativa. Those are just numbers for a very general idea & they get fuzzier all the time. I've heard many times how ppl in this area prefer sativas but then they start naming indica heavy hybrids as favorites. I want to feel it in the body & mind & ultimately the proof is in the pudding.
