No it's not good you will end up with seeded buds will still smoke but you have the pain of picking seeds before you smoke and chances are you will burn a few whilst smoking not to bad if it's only for your own consumption.

You can use a super tiny keyboard vacuum as you pick herm-nanas. Pulls all the pollen while you operate.
