I have been growing for a couple years now but I still feel like newbie as I havent dialed in my set up
I have 3 tents in different phases of growth all the time and harvest every month and a half or so.
The problem is that all my recent grows have been less than ideal. I wanted to use lucas formula because its supposed to be fine to use same water for both veg and flower.
Every time I put the plants in flower they seem to show what seems to be either a nutrient difficiency or burn. I'll attach some pics.
When I started growing I was using coco but within last year I changed to soil(promix)
I have 2 reservoirs I use for watering.
One with lucas formula, cal mag, and small amount of uc roots phd
other one with just calmag and small amount of uc roots phd
Lights are 12 bridgelux strip fixtures that I made.
tents are 5x5 and I do 4 plants per tent.
I maintain around 72 degrees and 50% humidity for all tents
Try to maintain light atleast 12" from plants but usually closer to 18 or 20"
try to keep lux reading at canopy around 40-50k
current grow is Purple ayuhuasca by barneys farm but I've been seeming to have the same issues regardless of strain
I'm not sure If I should be using the water with food everytime, or the plain cal mag water every other watering.
I'm not sure if I should be watering to the point of runoff like I was supposed to with coco
I'm not sure if it's the light being to strong.
My feeling is that there is a nitrogen deficiency, but could be lights being a bit too strong on em.
Any and all help and feedback is greatly appreciated as I really want to start pulling good healthy harvests.
