Starting a small seedling setup

Hello everyone!

Just started looking around the corner and hoped i might be able to get some help here.
I want to start small, very small. Maybe you remember this Ikea Växer indoor growing light. It is a small 60cm by 30cm light for seedlings or herbs. I would like to make somewhat the same but a little bit more beefier.

I have been looking at these, BXRC-30G1000-C-73 cobs. Would 4 of these cobs be good enough and what kind of cooling would you recommend with these cobs?
If there are better solutions than these please let me know!

Thank you.

if I ever go to led bigtime ... I'll go single cobs unless somthing else comes, along a bit pricey just now but I too am looking
I have just started my 1st LED grow. Feeling it out to see what comes. I have no choice were I am. My landlord pays my electric bill and HID/HPS would be very noticeable and I only have a small tent 2x2 so I would need a much better cooling fan and a bigger tent.

Standard indoor 9-25w led domestic bulb is good, I'm saying time spent on other areas of growing is time well spent

good luck

I use 2'x2' ceiling panel lights for all my starts to above satisfaction. LM 3528's @ 40Watts in the 35-37K range. Stupid cheap, economical, almost no heat and light weight low profile. My thing on the cheap. And if only starters? Cut foam solo cups at half height. 66% more plants in same space.

Best wishes and do the dilligence. Cheaper better solutions out there. I paid around 21 USD for for on ebay auctions. 006.jpg006.jpg009.jpg

I have used strips in the past and yes they do work good but i want a little bit more power so that is why i was looking into cobs. I was thinking to keep the area around the same as the Växer with the same hight with around 5 or 6 cobs. Do you have any suggestions?

Sorry for the late reply.
