My buddhy used to grow weeds and he helping me out by listing this for mixing up soil.
Here the list of it

PEAT MOSS

-SAND-PER LITE

-SAWDUST-VERMICULITE

-LIME-COMPOST

-BLOOD MICRO COCCUS-ASH

-COCO FIBERAnd include-MACRO NUTRIENTS-MICRO NUTRIENTS-MYCORHIZA-MICRO COCCUS

Sorry if this is an incorrect way to mixup my medium :( i have zero idea about soil.

That's not soil.

There is no DIRT in that mix

Burn house, leave town, start over far away. Practice with Basil, watch videos.

Start by watering the plant. The rest can be sorted out as you post pictures and updates about it. Don't worry about the rest of it for now, you'll probably see a big turnaround when it's just had a drink.
