Can this kind of fly damage the plant? I also found it in my grow tent, they came from ventilation holes, they kinda high with marshydro light. any tips?

Flys can mess up a plant, l live downtown buttsville and the flies in summer are rediculous, they burn the soft tissue on pot plant and spit their acid everywhere, whatever they spit on gets burnt by sun and dies, lm not a node counter but when they eat all the tops off your plants you wont be laughing. Yes stupid flies, we have swarms, buddy aint joking! Think all the dogs in neighbourhood might have something to do with it too.
