I am not sure what to do

So i am just over 4 weeks into the grow of an ak47xtrm auto...the main stem is as bid around as the average thumb..I have here in a bubble spa in a 2x2x4 grow tent...i have raised the lights as she has been near it for almost 2 weeks. I started tying the limbs down..well to my surprise i noticed 3 days ago the main stem split in two!!!..i thought the plant would die but it shows no effect..the leaves if anything or greener none are dying or wilting..is this normal.or has the proverbial shoe not dropped yet??

Ohhh I have seen that before, it looks like it is already healed. I would leave it alone and make sure you support the branches around so it doesn't break more. It should form a knot there I think.

Thanks!!...i am on the fence now about tying her down and I'm about to flower and she is close to the light

Just be careful when you tie. Pull them down by hand then secure them. That way you can feel when they’re getting close to snapping. Breaking during LST is common especially when going hard or when you’re new at it.

Watts...i did tie down by hand but i think it grew and broke...the way i noticed the split was the sides were back up a week.after i tied them down...i was like damn wonderwoman!!

So when you tie them down you need to check them every couple days. Especially as the plant gets bigger and even during stretch. During stretch it can grow an inch per day. Adjust or loosen as needed.

No its a 2x2x4..and that root spa is kinda tall..so.i HAVE to tie her down or fund a.shorter bucket

Are you able to get a bigger tent or it is what it is?

It does not look like it is flowering yet so it could potentially double in size.

The next couple weeks are going to be tough to manage in there.

No it is the ONLY tent i have here...contemplating building.a taller one..but may tey a shorter bucket

I have another bucket that is like 4 inches shorter..i have to.paint it black first but im thinking between doing that and a GENTLE tie down i.may.be ok
